Most the time they are a part of the family here in Chico. I know, because I have 2 small dogs and a kitty. Sometimes pets like kids have accidents. The problem with pets having accidents is the urine soaks into the backing and the padding of the carpet. Carpet cleaning doesn’t solve this problem because it only cleans the fibers of the carpets. We have a process known as sub-surface extraction.  We saturate the area with a product that oxidizes the pet urine and dissolves it. Then use a special tool to extract the pet urine from the padding and backing of your carpet. Its a very affordable way to solve the occasional accidents your pets may have.
